Astronomical Library
I created an astronomical library as part of a school assignment. The assignment was to create a room in a 3D modelling software and texturing was not allowed. With this in mind I was excited to see what kind of ambiance I could create with lights.
After the completion of this assignment I collaborated with the talented lighting artist Jolanda Bijkerk (@jolanda.3d) and she transformed the room in this magical scene you can see in the first renders.

Some quick sketches. At first, I wanted to create a cozy reading corner, like a Hobbit hole, or something chic, like a hotel lobby. But as I was sketching I started to mix those two elements together and soon I was dreaming of a library.
